Our Process
Stage 1
Role Briefing
Before going to market, we will listen to your requirements and put together a recruitment strategy.
Stage 2
Source and Selection
Lead a comprehensive search to target candidates actively and passively considering new opportunities.
Stage 3
Candidate Presentation
We aim to provide a minimum of 3 candidates per requirement who will be technically tested (if required) and referenced.
Stage 4
Interview Management
We manage the end-to-end interview process and take candidate/client feedback after each stage.
Stage 5
Offer Management
We will manage candidates through the resignation process and assist with any necessary onboarding.
Stage 6
Start Day
We check the candidates in on their first day to help them transition into their new role smoothly.
Stage 7
Post-placement care
We maintain regular touchpoints and meet up with all candidates within their first 4 weeks of starting a new role.
